Our vehicle was burglarized in their parking lot. Hiding your valuables isn't good enough - bring everything into the room with you. Hope this helps someone. Alas, we still love Olde Harbour Inn and have not stayed anywhere but this place in several years of visiting Savannah. Great location on River Street.

I don’t even know where to begin! From the moment you check in, you truly feel like a valued guest in someone’s home, not just another hotel guest. The level of care and attention to detail is outstanding. They bring your luggage straight to your room, and there are so many thoughtful touches throughout your stay — ice cream waiting in the freezer, complimentary water and soda in the lobby, wine and cheese in the evening, and coffee and juice in the morning. These little extras make such a difference and make you feel genuinely appreciated. The staff is incredibly attentive and ready to help with anything you need. For example, when we needed our TV picture adjusted to watch a football game, Kevin came right to the room to take care of it — and he did so with a smile. The rooms are beautiful, cozy, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. This isn’t just a hotel stay; it’s a full experience. I can’t recommend this place highly enough — it’s the kind of place that makes you excited to return!

We have made many trips to Savannah and have stayed in some really neat places but this river front balcony with river view room topped them all. It's a registered historic place with creaky wood floors, dove tailed wood collums and shiplap ceilings. This is our kind of stay! Watching the cargo ships pass in what feels like arms reach is very cool. This pet friendly place has a very large green space just out front. Our room had a king on the main floor and a queen in an open loft area. The staff is also super nice and booked us right away just minutes before arriving. We like to wing it when we travel. And Kevin is a beast and will carry all your luggage if you don't jump in... literally at once lol! Thank you!

We had the PREMIERE 2-BED SUITE and liked it. The room was spacious and the vibe from it was unlike what you would get from a hotel. Felt like a loft. The floor and ceiling matches the feel of being historic. Bathroom was kind of small. Wax seal of the toilet must have been blown because water leaked out. No big deal though. You could still see the river even though view was somewhat obstructed from the building across the street. The free sprites and waters were a nice touch. They offer ear plugs which may be needed when the boats unload drunk people from the river or the occasional loud car driving down Bay Street. We’ve stayed in Plant Riverside but like the calmness and the suites better here. Our room was accessible de Bay Street. When we would walk out, we were right in the park with the nice mossy trees. No ghost shenanigans with us. There were no threshold at the door. We could easily hear when people would walk into the entryway and into their room while in the main area. I’d recommend staying here or Marshall House over the chains.

After a long trip into Savannah, we arrived at Olde Harbour Inn and were instantly put at ease by Brian and Jordan at the front desk. They didn’t just check us in—he welcomed us like old friends. Friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful, Brian and Jordan set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic stay. Someone give those men a raise. We brought our dog and even he got a sweet treat with a ball, poop bags and treats. The location couldn’t have been better. You’re right on the river and walking distance from everything, but once inside, the hotel is calm and quiet with tons of character. Our suite was *huge*. I’m talking unexpectedly large, with a separate sitting area and a kitchenette that made it feel like a mini apartment. One of the highlights was the daily happy hour in their beautiful lobby lounge. It felt more like a relaxed social event than a hotel freebie—another thoughtful touch that made the whole experience feel personal and elevated. We were only there for a short stay, but we’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town. Pro tips: • Take advantage of happy hour—great drinks and even better atmosphere • The kitchenette is perfect for leftovers or light snacks, especially if you’re staying a few days • Brian and Jordan are hospitality all-stars. Ask for them and thank me later

This property is absolutely gorgeous and sits directly on the river. Rooms are spacious and very cozy. We loved the look of this building and at night it’s amazing. Nate at the front office was a great help and made sure we always felt at home. Can’t say enough about how much we liked staying here

This place exceeded our expectations. They constantly go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of. Endless bottles of water and other beverages. The charm of the place is breathtaking and you can NOT beat the location. Major bonus they have parking there. Thats a rare find in savannah. If we ever get the chance to go back we will stay here. The only downside was the mattress. They need to be upgraded not as comfortable ad some others. But after all the walking dont worry youll sleep fine . They give you ear plugs in case its noisy and a sound machine which I never travel without mine so I appreciated that they had one in the room.
